Small Perisac Bleed???

Has anyone else ever had this? I went to the ER a few days ago because of slight bleeding in my normal pregnancy discharge & an ultrasound revealed a 5 week 2 day gestational sac and a small perisac bleed. My hcg levels were great (over 7000), but I'd still like to know someone's personal experience! I have another US scheduled for Monday.

I had this with my daughter (5 months old now) they saw it at my 7 week ultrasound and didn't even tell me. The next ultrasound I had at 9 weeks the doctor said "oh and I see that bleed resolved itself" I was pretty upset they didn't tell me because I may have been a little more careful with my activities but he said it causes more worry than good to tell mommies so he doesn't. : / he also said they 9 out of 10 times resolve themselves with no issue. Hope this helps.

Thnx for the reply, Celiads! I get another ultrasound today to officially rule out an ectopic pregnancy & to hopefully see a baby w/a heartbeat (and no more bleeding!). I'm on bed/pelvic rest, too! I feel soooo lazy!!! My house is such a disaster, lol. With a 15 mo, I'm finding it a little difficult to stay down. Hopefully we will be 'released' from bedrest soon :-)
