Sorry, but sounds like wishful thinking to me. I've been having dark red and sometimes brown THICK stringy mucus for six days now. It's definitely bloody, and yet I'm not even sure THAT's show. Lol. Good luck to you though. Hope you and I both go into labor soon! 41+2 here...

It's ok to do, but just FYI, you are extra sensitive to the sun when you're pregnant and if you lay out you might get melasma. Melasma is an increase in pigmentation of the skin, causing dark patches after sun exposure. I got it on my face just under one eye, so now I have to put on extra concealer every day to cover it up. It's a pain. Sometimes it goes away after pregnancy, but sometimes, like in my case, it's permanent. =\

That doesn't necessarily mean you're miscarrying. Last Saturday I had very heavy red bleeding and bad cramping. Bled the whole way to the ER, thinking I was for sure miscarrying. Turns out I have a subchorionic hematoma, or blood clot, in my uterus that caused the bleeding. My baby's fine! I'm so sorry you're experiencing this, but don't count yourself out until they tell you for sure. Good luck.
