Yesterday was day 3. Woke up this morning and could see the line down the middle of my abs. I have never seen that before. Wish it would stick around all day. But I think the sugar has been what has really held my progress back. I pretty much was hitting a plateau. I wasn't consistent enough.

Run and lift weights. I really wish I had a before picture of my legs but just think of cottage cheese ;). I have been doing the Jamie Eason program for probably 5 months now. I know supposed to be 3. But this is what got me into weight lifting. Before that program I didn't know anything about weight lifting and it's very progressive and very helpful.

I'm goin to have to try these. Lately I have been making orange rhubarb muffins. If you have not had rhubarb just think of something warm tasting. That's what I think of. They were really good. I should make some now. Next will be these though. Thanks for sharing

I have slowly weened myself to nothing in my coffee. For a long time I didn't drink it because I loved it so much with sugar. I wanted some one day so I made it and put only 1 spoonful in the coffee, then the next day none. It's been 4 days now lol and I drink it black.

I watched this video on YouTube the other day about how hard it is for some people to gain weight. I think gaining would be way harder than losing. <br />And the whole "real women have curves" thing makes natural thin people feel that they aren't a real woman. And it's more socially accepted to make fun of a thin person than it is an obese person nowadays. Neither is right though.

We all went to the track by my house. My daughter did rope climbs and rode her bike while I did sprints. My son sat in the stroller lol. I really had fun with them today.

I say just use this as kinda an aa meeting.<br />Yesterday was really hard for me my husband went to his baseball game, my daughter was eating a cupcake and I kept thinking of chocolate and wanted to join her and eat them together. Instead I did a 30 minute hiit workout and went to read. It was very hard for me. Maybe I have some emotional eating issues.
