Constipation

Any suggestions on constipation during pregnancy? I get the WORST gas cramps but can't go. It's frustrating! And laxatives make it worse!

You cant take laxatives while pregnant. Try a stool softener, increase your fiber and icrease your water intake

Fiber pills. I took them for only 3 days in the beginning of my pregnancy and haven't used them since. They worked great!

Water water water!!! I'm so regular. I go at least twice a day. I drink lots of water. Exercise is also good for keeping you regular :) I walk everyday for at least 30mins. Hope you find relief soon!
